Dad's parents were Jessie Leora Rains Price and Joseph "Joe" William Price. They were our paternal grandparents. They are buried in Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada, OK. Dad's siblings were Joseph Wendell Price (family pictures click here) buried in Highland Cemetery, Stonewall OK, Thelma Price Chambers buried in Chowchilla Cemetery, Chowchilla, CA, and Gertie Lee Price Long buried in Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada, OK.
Children that died before adulthood were Condon Price buried in Letitia Cemetery in Letitia, Comanche Co. near Lawton in Oklahoma; Mary Nell Price and Eunice Price were also said by Henry Rains and another relative to be buried there, but no confirmation of that could be made at the cemetery and the girls could not be found in any other cemetery searches in OK. For the present time, I have their memorial pages listed as Letitia Cemetery until something to the contrary emerges.

Dad's uncle, his father's brother, Harvey Price is buried in Memorial Park in Ada, OK.
Dad's father was Joe Price. Joe's father was named Homer and his mother's name was Libbie (wife of Homer). He had two brothers Harvey and John Price. They lived in Corning, NY in Steuben Co.
A recent genealogy finding is a cousin of Joe Price - Anna Mae Rosier Murray buried in Corning, NY. Her husband was Ray A. Murray also buried in Corning, NY. His actual name was supposedly Array Almond Murray (saw on Ancestry.com). Their son was Raymond Robert Murray. His wife was Ruth Lorene (Ridgdill) Murray. They were buried in Erwin, NY. Anna Mae Rosier Murray's father was James Elijah Rosier and her mother was Carolyn "Carrie" Delilah Johnson Rosier.
Raymond A. Murray and Anna Mae Murray had children (Oldest to Youngest) Raymond Robert, Bernice, James, Francis, Flossie, and Jay.
Homer's parents were John and Olive Price (Dad's paternal great grandparents). Homer's siblings were Ella, Ada, and Anna. In the 1870 NY census, John was 35, Olive 28 and was a Canadian, Homer 12, Ada 11, Ella 7, and Anna 3. They were listed with the Hornby Post Office, Steuben Co., NY.
In the 1892 census, Corning City, Steuben Co., NY, showed John Price 58, as a laborer and married (assumed) to Susan Price 63. Living with them were Homer Price (son) 34, George S. Price 41, Mary Price 20, Minnie Price 13, Willie Price 9, Hallie Linch 1, and Ella Price 37 (daughter).
The 1910 census showed Homer Price a widower and age 50 living in Bath, Steuben, NY as a boarder in the home of Emma Rosier age 48 with Eugene Rosier 18 and Edward Rosier 16. It is likely his wife Libbie was a Rosier, especially since he was later living with Rosiers after her death. The 1900 census showed Homer age 40 and a widower with 3 children - Joseph 8, Harvey 5, and John 2.
It was reported by our dad Orval Price that Joe, his father, was put on an orphan train with his brother Harvey and they got off in Levelland, TX at the age of about 12.
